Renters Insurance

The familiar Renters Insurance policy is a combination of two types of coverage: Personal Property Insurance and Personal Liability Insurance. The policies can be provided as a package at a discount, or offered separately, as individual products.

Our insurance policies are offered at point-of-lease and renewal by your leasing staff. You can choose which program will best fit your company’s and your customers’ needs.

Personal Property Insurance (BASIC)

This coverage provides insurance for the resident’s personal property. It does not provide any protection against damage or loss to your building.

Personal Liability Insurance (STANDARD)

This coverage provides protection against damage or loss to your property. It does not cover loss or damage to the resident’s personal property.

Renters Insurance (SELECT)

A combined Personal Property and Personal Liability insurance package, this coverage protects both the resident’s personal property and covers damage or loss to your building.
